As I have taken the plunge this evening and made this blog live, it seems an appropriate time to give a progress update. As you can see, the p-block is starting to look quite well populated, as is this end of the transition elements. The only two completed elements not visible are iridium and europium (the cloth is on a rotating embroidery frame so the rest of the table is wound round the left-hand roller).
I have made a start on antimony and have plans for a few of the others. Those that I am particularly short on ideas for are indium, polonium, fluorine and astatine so if anyone would like to make suggestions for these, or indeed any of the others, then I’d be pleased to hear from you.
