2019 is the International Year of the Periodic Table – 150 years since the publication of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table. The School of Chemistry is inviting suggestions for a Nottingham Periodic Table, where the usual element symbols stand for something or someone related to Nottingham. I have suggested S for Shaw (and Rh for Robin Hoodium). Here is the link to make your own suggestions.
